What are the shipping and processing times?
We work hard to get your order out the door fast! Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped via Australia Post.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@dustywattle.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.
Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to cancel it, so please double-check your cart, size and address before completing checkout!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days? Check your junk folder first — and if it's not there, get in touch and we'll sort it out straight away!

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to absolutely love your Dusty Wattle order! While we don't offer refunds, we do offer exchanges and store credit — so you'll never be left stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I request a return or exchange?
It's really simple! Just email us at hello@dustywattle.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. We'll get back to you quickly and walk you through the next steps — we promise to make it as easy and stress-free as possible.

Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order — in which case we'll take care of it completely. We recommend using a tracked service so your return arrives safely.

Yes — our pieces are designed to run true to size! We put a lot of care into getting the fit right so you can order with confidence. Each item is cut to standard Australian sizing, so we recommend going with your usual size.

Don't stress — that's what exchanges are for! If your order arrives and the size isn't quite right, get in touch and we'll organise an exchange. We want you wearing your Dusty Wattle pieces and feeling amazing in them.
