Refund policy

At Dusty Wattle Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

Refunds will only be initiated if you have received an incorrect or faulty product. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size/colour please send us an email at hello@dustywattle.com and send your item to:

If you have received a product/s that are faulty or incorrect, these products can be exchanged and we will bear the return shipping costs.

Excluded change of mind items 

We reserve the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following types of items, except where the product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee:

  1. Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit.
  2. Clearance items marked down or labeled with a tag stating they are not subject to change of mind returns.
  3. Items that have already been exchanged once
  4. Jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene reasons 

Shipping

Return shipping costs for change of mind or incorrect fit are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Customer is required to post return back to Dusty Wattle HQ, however we will the postage fees back to you.

Please note if you have received a faulty product, Dusty Wattle will bear the return shipping costs.

We recommend keeping your tracking details as Dusty Wattle is not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.
