Shipping policy

At Dusty Wattle Pty Ltd, we’re dedicated to getting your order out as fast as possible. 

DISPATCH TIMES:

We aim to pack and dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days from purchase. If you select Express Shipping, your order will be prioritised to get to you as quickly as possible. However please keep in mind that Dusty Wattle is based on a cattle property so at times orders will only be sent out on Tuesdays and Fridays on our mail run. With this in mind we do try to get your orders to the post office as often as possible outside of the mail run. 

DELIVERY TIMES:

We send all our orders through Australia Post to ensure your order gets to you safely and time efficiently. If you have any questions about your parcel—whether it's regarding delivery times, address changes, delays, or lost packages—please reach out to Australia Post directly and have your tracking number ready.

Seen we are based rurally, delivery time may vary if you are also in a regional/rural area. Please see below for delivery timeframes: 

Australia Post Standard Delivery:

  - QLD, NSW & VIC: 3-10 business days

  - NT, WA, TAS, ACT and SA: 7-14 business days

 

Australia Post Express Delivery:

  - QLD, NSW & VIC: 2-3 business days

  -NT, WA, TAS, ACT and SA: 4-7 business days

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:

  - 10-30 days, depending on where you are located. We love sending Dusty Wattle products all over the world, shipping times and cost is dependant on where you are in the world !

POSTAGE COST:

We try to keep our postage costs down to be affordable as possible. Please keep in mind these prices are subject to change.

PRE-ORDERS:

If you have placed a pre-order, we will post them as soon as possible. If you have ordered in-stock items with your pre-order, the order will be sent out together when the preorder items comes in. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

We put a lot of effort into keeping our stock up to date, but sometimes a product might show as available online even if it's out of stock. If this happens, don’t worry—we’ll get in touch to sort out a refund or help you find a great alternative.
