Sale Terms & Conditions

These Sale Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during the Dusty Wattle Warehouse Sale. By placing an order during the sale period, you agree to the following terms.

Sale Period

All sale prices are valid from 10:00 AM AEST on Wednesday 11 March until 11:59 PM AEST on Friday 13 March.

Prices will automatically revert to standard pricing once the sale period ends. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed outside of this timeframe.

No Refunds on Sale Items

All items purchased during the sale are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Last Chance Items

Any products marked as “Last Chance” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

These items are heavily discounted to clear remaining inventory.

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges for eligible sale items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned safely.

When returning an item for exchange, you must include the following details inside the return parcel:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The size or product you would like in exchange

Returns sent without these details may experience processing delays.

Pre-Orders

Some items available during the sale may be offered as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pre-order items require approximately 4–5 weeks for production and delivery

  • Your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order willbe shipped together once all items are ready

We appreciate your patience while these pieces are being prepared.

Stock Availability

Due to the high volume of orders during sale periods, stock is limited and not guaranteed.

While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, in rare cases an item may oversell. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative option such as an exchange or store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the fast-paced nature of sale periods, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once placed.

Please double check your order, shipping details, and sizing before completing checkout.

Shipping

Sale periods may experience higher than normal order volumes, which may result in slightly longer processing times.

We appreciate your patience while our team works to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Discount Codes

Unless otherwise stated, additional discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale pricing.
