With receiving an increasing amount of requests for donation and sponsorship, please keep in mind that we may not be able to support every request and it is our discretion on which applications we approve.

Yes, all of our designs are exclusive to our brand. Each print is designed by Lauren, meaning you won’t find these prints anywhere else.

To keep your earrings looking their best and prolong their lifespan, follow these care tips:

Here at Dusty Wattle, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your order.

However we do not offer refunds. If you would like an exchange or a store credit please get in contact.

If your order is yet to be shipped, and you would like to add or swap items, please contact us as soon as possible at dusty.wattle@gmail.com

We will edit your order prior to shipping and invoice for any price differences. 

Please be sure to order carefully, as we are unable to cancel your order once paid for.

We take product quality seriously, and if you receive a product that seems faulty, we’re here to help.

Each product we create goes through careful craftsmanship and quality checks, but we understand that some issues may arise. If you believe there’s a fault, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Simply send us photos of the item to dusty.wattle@gmail.com detailing the issue. Our team will carefully review your case, and if it’s determined to be a manufacturing fault, we’ll work with you to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, to ensure your satisfaction.
